What are Notice Governments and How Do They Work?

The Bangladesh Government has published notice on September 7, 2021 for many notices to govern the government in Bangladesh. The notice continues to advise all the residents of Bangladesh not to tamper with their land and property. All citizens of Bangladesh are cautioned by this notice not to alter the boundaries wall of Bangladesh or its surrounding areas. There are three provinces in Bangladesh including Commenced, Bogra and Dhaka. The three governments have now warned citizens not to traverse these border districts and not to mess with the boundary walls of their property.

The government has also issued another notice gov bd regarding not accepting gifts from any unauthorized person. A fine of no more than one thousand ticals will be handed out to anyone who gives property or other assets to an unauthorised individual. Anyone who is found guilty of transferring property or properties to an unauthorised individual could be sentenced with a fine not more than 1,000 ticals. The notifications are executed in accordance to the law of Bangladesh.

There are many reasons for why the Bangladeshi notice government has issued these notices. In the first place, there are a lot of cases of land grabbing. Some of the people do not follow the law of the land and snatch properties without the proper permission of the law. This was not allowed by the Bangladesh notice government. The notice will inform citizens of their rights to the property as well as the appropriate behavior to take when handling the property.
