What is Notice Governments? How do they operate?

The Bangladesh Government has issued an announcement on 7 September 2021 with a series of notices to oversee the administration in Bangladesh. The notice also warns all citizens of Bangladesh to stay clear of trespassing on their land. Every citizen of Bangladesh are advised in this warning not to alter the boundary of Bangladesh or its outlying areas. There are three provinces within Bangladesh, namely, Commenced, Bogra and Dhaka. These governments have now warned citizens to stay clear of crossing the border into these areas and not to alter property boundary walls.

Anyone who makes a gift of property or possessions to an unauthorised individual can be punished by a fine that is not more than 1,000 ticals. The penalty can be carried forward and the individual could face up to one year in prison. The whole procedure of imposing this notification is set out in the laws of Bangladesh.

For example, the notice informs the tenants of the property they must vacate the property within the specified time period following the date of the publication of the notice. The notice informs tenants that they need to leave the properties in good condition. The notice government in Bangladesh has also instructed the tenants to keep the essential things in the house secured. Failure to do so can be punished with a fine from the notice government.
